EMERGENCE OF NEW SUBSTANTIVE CHAIRMAN, ASSOCIATION OF SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS OF NIGERIA,
ZAMFARA STATE BRANCH

This is to formally inform fellow civil servants that one of our own, Dr. Bashir Hassan Maradun, has emerged as the new Substantive Chairman of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN), Zamfara State Branch.
Dr. Bashir Hassan Maradun Currently Director, Administration and Human Resource, ZITDA Office of the Executive Governor, Government House. who will serve for a four-year tenure covering the period 2026–2030.
Comrade Dr. Bashir Hassan Maradun is widely known for his unwavering commitment to the struggle for the rights and welfare of civil servants, as well as his strong advocacy for discipline and the core values of the civil service.
On behalf of the Head of the Civil Service and the entire Zamfara State Civil Servants, we congratulate him on this well-deserved emergence and wish him a successful tenure and impactful service delivery.
